Social Promotion

When 18 Rabbits Granola & Bars was ready to launch its junior counterpart, I worked alongside the Founder to come up with names and images that would be appealing for both parents and the targeted age group: elementary school students. 

​Post launch, I created social media posts and giveaways to promote the new line.

Content Strategy

On the user experience side, my goal was to streamline messaging across online and mobile versions of the Trip.com English platforms. This included editing and rewriting translated content on app and web pages, and creating logical and flowing in-product instruction (top images). 

On the product marketing side, I created a brand voice and guidelines for the social media team to use throughout posts. Other responsibilities included editing press releases, and longer form content for the International PR team and Founder.

Social Campaigns

The subject of advanced payments for small businesses isn't the easiest to talk in a concise or fun manner, and I was tasked to make the Fundbox platform easy to digest and approachable through content editing on the client website, paid social media posts and video content.
